Role & responsibilities

• To carry out the Literature search on Reference products, APIs, patents, excipients, technologies for the development of formulation.
• Innovator Product Characterization & planning formulation strategies along with assessment of QTPP & CQA. Documentation.
• To perform Formulation development of injectable dosage forms assigned by HOD/Manager/Designee.
• To Plan and execute the predevelopment/ pre-formulation study. Development lab trials, compatibility trials and stability batches and optimization of formula & manufacturing process.
• Support the preparation and execution of stability studies, including data analysis and reporting.
• Calibration and maintenance of general laboratory equipment.
• Work on technical documentation and protocols related to experimental executions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• To prepare documents related to product development, product development report and scale up documents.
• To compile and interpretation of product development results, drawing conclusions.

To participate in FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ of instruments/equipments installed at R&D Centre
