Unit Head HR

Job Profile:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Head HR at Kailash Group of Hospitals. The Unit Head HR will be responsible for overseeing human resource management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis within the hospital setting. They also advise the board on the HR implications of the hospital's decisions

Role & responsibilities

• Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Develop a comprehensive learning & development strategy to include learning programs at each level, with appropriate programming and desired outcomes by level.
• Manages a C&B plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets.
• Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Design and development of IR policy, processes and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organization.
• Build IR skills and expertise across the HR department, including capabilities in Labor legislations.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the Healthcare (Hospital) Sector.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management, Payroll Management, HR Policies, Training & Development, Employee Benefits, and personnel management
