Lead Analyst

As a Lead Analyst at Gobble Cube, you will play a critical role in shaping the analytics strategy for our client brands across Qcomm and Ecomm platforms. You will be responsible for designing and developing advanced analytics frameworks and data models to track key business metrics, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop Analytics Frameworks: Build robust and scalable frameworks for measuring business performance, focusing on actionable metrics that track the health of brands across Qcomm and Ecomm platforms.
• Data Accuracy & Continuous Improvement: Take full ownership of data accuracy and ensure continuous integration of feedback to evolve the data models for better measurement.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Actively identify and address brand challenges, using data to create impactful insights and proactively reach out to clients with recommendations, creating "wow" moments.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product,design and engineering teams to ensure alignment on metrics, data capturing strategies, and feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Report and Present Insights: Deliver insights to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format, driving business initiatives and optimization strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Experience in Analytics: Proven experience in a similar analytics role, with a good understanding of the Ecomm/Qcomm business.
• Insights-First Mindset: Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns, and generate insights that drive business growth.
• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a deep understanding of data analysis, model building, and automation processes.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically, address business challenges proactively, and offer solutions to drive growth for brands.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical data into clear & actionable recommendations.
