Job description

• New PO Request & Buyer SOP
• Cost and Freight workings, Weight confirmation with departments, packing list preparation and placing the booking to authorised forwarder as per PO
• Container loading plan as per PO, Shipment approval request to Buyer and forwarder
• Internal Shipment follow up , Vehicle & Manpower arrangements , Loading follow up , Pre & Post shipment documentation
• E-Seal ,E-Way ,E- Invoice , Customs , Buyers E - Documentation , Payment follow ups , MIS
• Marketing & Accounts department co-ordination , EDPMS update
• Container inspection , CTPAT audit , GSV audit
• End to End ERP process & Domestic Tariff Area process
• All Banking & Courier process, Complying Customs & Director General of Foreign Trade co-ordinations (DGFT), Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (ECGC) process.
• Co- coordinating with Export Inspection Agency and ensuring compliances
• Home Textiles & Apparels Knowledge (Added Advantage)
• Management Information systems, MS Office.
