Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Customer Success & Growth who combines client engagement, account management, product evangelism, and business development with data engineering knowledge. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, driving product strategy, client satisfaction, and business growth. Your ability to utilize data-driven insights to improve customer outcomes will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities within target market segments, utilizing market research and industry insights.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including setting sales targets, creating market penetration plans, and establishing key performance indicators.

- Create and manage impactful presentation and pitch decks to effectively showcase our offerings. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions align with client needs, particularly in data engineering.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize revenue from each client relationship.

- Leverage your experience in IT Customer Solutions Group, sales, and business development, with a focus on data engineering, to drive success. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development with at least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including data engineering, AI and enterprise application development.

- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and awareness of emerging trends in the software industry, particularly in data technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Experience in lead generation, marketing, and sales strategy development, specifically in enterprise sales for data engineering solutions.

- Previous experience in a "growth escalator" role with a significant contribution to revenue growth.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

- Strong knowledge of software application development, services, and data engineering solutions.

- Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts like Business analytics & Intelligence, data migration, ETL, data warehouse, data lake etc.

Education and Experience:

BTech or relevant educational field required
