Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Network Support Engineer to oversee and manage IT infrastructure, vendor coordination, and operational support at Kadel Labs. The ideal candidate will have strong networking expertise, vendor management experience, and the ability to handle various office-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain office IT infrastructure.

- Manage network and system administration, ensuring seamless connectivity.

- Coordinate with vendors, including laptop suppliers, civil contractors, masons, plumbers, and other service providers.

- Handle IT asset management, procurement, and inventory control.

- Manage and purchase office stationeries.

- Oversee travel and hotel bookings for employees.

- Travel to different city locations as required.

- Arrange and coordinate recruitment drives.

- Provide technical support for network and system-related issues.

- Ensure security and compliance of IT systems.

- Continuously adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in network support and IT infrastructure management.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, hardware, and system administration.

- Experience in vendor management and procurement.

- Knowledge of security protocols and IT best practices.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.

Education : Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
