Sales Officer- General Trade

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth and

strengthen our market presence in the General Trade (GT) segment. The ideal candidate will

have hands-on experience in the FMCG or Pharma industry, with a proven track record in

achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and building strong retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

○ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory

○ Conduct strong retailing activities to initiate product placement in the assigned

territory

○ Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share

○ Identify and onboard new retailers & distributors

○ Ensure effective coverage of the GT market to meet business objectives

○ Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

○ Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely product availability and

replenishment

○ Ensure proper placement and display of products at retail outlets

○ Formulate & execute the secondary sales plan - Area wise, distributor wise,

Brand wise, SKU wise

○ Train & monitor the Sales Executive in assigned territory.
