Sales (Ultra-Luxury) Leading Real Estate Group in Mumbai
Reporting to: CSO (Chief Sales Officer) / Director Collaborates with: Business Partners and IPCs
Position Summary:
The Luxury Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales of super-luxury real estate products, curating exceptional customer experiences, and engaging with Ultra-HNIs in the South Bombay region. The role demands impeccable presentation skills and expertise in delivering personalized luxury solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Planning:
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with the company s business goals.
Design programs to maximize revenue, optimize customer experiences, and control costs.
Sales Operations:
Generate sales through existing customer networks, exclusive events, exhibitions, and channel partners.
Arrange tailored business center interactions and site visits for potential clients.
Conduct competitive analysis to monitor and counter new luxury real estate launches.
Collaborate with channel partners and financial institutions for roadshows and bespoke promotional activities.
Strengthen brand visibility within Ultra-HNI circles and maintain productive relationships.
Curated Customer Engagement:
Deliver highly personalized experiences that exceed client expectations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with Ultra-HNI customers and channel partners.
Organize exclusive events for clients, share project updates, address concerns, and generate leads.
Partner with financial institutions to offer tailored financing solutions.
Marketing Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales collateral, brochures, and communication materials align with the luxury segment s standards.
Oversee collaboration with external vendors for advertising, design, and premium collateral production.
Qualifications Experience:
MBA/PGDBM in Sales Marketing (preferred).
9+ years of experience in luxury real estate, wealth management, high-value product sales, luxury hospitality, or premium airlines.
Expertise in curating bespoke customer experiences and delivering impactful presentations.
Proven track record in engaging with HNIs/UHNIs and successfully selling luxury products.
Familiarity with the South Bombay market is essential.
