SEO Specialist & Web Reputation Manager

The SEO Executive will work under the guidance of the SEO Manager and play a key role in executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1-2 years of SEO experience to develop and refine their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-page optimization, including keyword research, meta tags, title tags, header tags, image alt attributes, etc.
• Implement off-page SEO techniques such as backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions, etc.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Conduct website audits and identify SEO opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies for content optimization to improve rankings.
• Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO goals with overall business objectives.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Help manage and optimize PPC campaigns when required.
• Proven expertise in SEO
• Including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of negative SEO tactics and methods to detect, prevent, and resolve them.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization.
• Experience in recovering sites penalized by search engines and improving domain authority.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google ranking algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
• Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup, etc.)
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
• Experience with social media marketing.
