Candidate must have Excellent spoken and written skills in English.
Should be quick & smart to talk with the clients.
Able to handle communication over phone with people from varied backgrounds.
Make outgoing calls with average call time being 15 minutes.
Maintain call logs.
Gathering, maintaining & reporting feed backs on appointments.
Allocation of appointments.
Handling issues and inquires whenever required by a telemarketing executive in the Department.
Reporting in the prescribed format the daily tele calls made, appointments taken & the sales obtained.
Qualifying new business leads as a result of cold calling.
To generate quality appointments for the sales team that result in sales.
Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.
Candidate Profile
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required. PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Required. Experience 6 month to 1 yrs. Outbound calling - Only Female candidate can apply.
