Quality Executive

Job Description Quality Executive :

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Establish quality objectives and performance metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of QA processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse and production units to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.
• Design and implement quality control procedures for incoming raw materials, including Electronics, Print material, Stationery and Foam sheets
• Establish inspection criteria production operations including Punching, Screening, bottle filling etc
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Investigate quality-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Implement training programs to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills needed to meet quality standards.
