Key Responsibilities:

● Manage Housekeeping Team training, attendance, monitoring, daily schedule, handle queries and grievances.

● Take regular school rounds to check on hygiene and availability of resources

● Ensure that all the building maintenance issues are taken care of on a timely basis

● Ensure that parent problems/concerns raised on infrastructure are resolved timely

● Conducting periodic meetings and briefing the maids on their roles & responsibilities Safety, Security, Asset & Vendor Management:

● Manage school supplies & daily consumables

● Manage & coordinate with vendors for campus repairs & maintenance

● Coordinate with principal, vice-principal and warehouse stationery requisitions & distribution

● Expense control on stationery & housekeeping material by ensuring minimum wastage

● Arranging for field trips & necessary logistics Records/Registers to be maintained:

● CCTV reports

● Repairs & Maintenance

● Stock Registers

Skills Required:

• Any Graduate

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Educational institutions/Admin background

• Communication Skills

• Good in MS Office
