Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
4. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
5. Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
Communication and Coordination:
1. Respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
2. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
3. Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
4. Prepare and disseminate company-wide announcements.
Office Management:
1. Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
2. Manage office layout, renovations, and moves.
3. Supervise administrative staff (if applicable).
Financial and HR Tasks:
1. Process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
2. Assist with budget planning and tracking.
3. Coordinate employee on-boarding, training, and benefits.
IT and Technical:
1. Troubleshoot basic IT issues.
2. Maintain office equipment and software.
3. Assist with data entry and report generation.
