Position Overview: The Video Editor Intern will work closely with our experienced video production team to assist in editing raw footage, creating polished final products, and supporting various video projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring video editor to build their portfolio, develop professional skills, and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with editing raw footage into polished video content for a variety of projects, including social media content, promotional videos, and more.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and contribute to creative concepts.
• Organize and maintain video files and assets to ensure easy access and smooth workflow.
• Help with color grading, audio synchronization, and sound editing under the guidance of senior editors.
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance videos.
• Review and revise edited content based on feedback from the team.
• Assist with other post-production tasks, such as organizing footage, creating video thumbnails, and preparing videos for distribution on various platforms.
• Stay up to date with current video editing trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in video editing and content creation.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and sound editing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Creative mindset and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• A portfolio or sample of previous video editing work is highly encouraged (even if its personal or school projects).
• Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
