Assistant Manager / Manager - Planning

Role & responsibilities

• Cost Estimation, Budget preparation, Budget Monitoring & Control.
• Monthly Reports, Project Charts and Project Progress Presentation.
• Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants, Contracts, Procurements teams for cost and contractual issues.
• Critical Issues Escalation, Cash-flow Preparation.
• Value Engineering options Identification for optimization of costs.
• Project schedule preparation and monthly tracking, logging delays with reasons.
• Support Sales, finance and accounts team regarding cashflow phasing, progress data.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ Years of experience in planning roles with a reputed Real Estate Developer.
• Experience working in Costx, BIM, SAP, Power Bi, MSProject, ACC and other relevant tools/platform relevant to Project Management and Cost Management is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
