K Raheja Corp is expanding its contracts team for Plumbing / firefighting Contracts engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

• 7to 12 Years of proven experience 5 - 6 years in Plumbing / firefighting Contracts preferably form a renowed real estate organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checking of quotations w.r.t tender document scope & specifications
• Development and Due Dilligence of new vendors
• Preparation of query list related to basic rates, client supply items , recovery , plant equipments list , taxes .
• Assisting the HO Billing in checking Of HVAC / Plumbing / firefighting Contractors Bills
• Exposure towards ERP working systems , knowledge of SAP is must
• Checking comparative statement commercial & technical & report various changes in conditions & negotiations to bring quotes at same platform.
• Preparation of rate analysis for vairous HVAC / Plumbing / firefighting items
• Scrutinize various general & Special terms & condition of contracts

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
• Exposure in finalization of Contracts for Real Estate projects.
• Should have sound knowledge of local taxation.
• Strong Commercial and Technical acumen.
• High degree of communication and excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
