Assistant Buisness Development Manager

Job description

- To sell rooms, banquets and conference facilities of 3 hotels namely Ramada Plaza Palm
Grove, Juhu, Mumbai, The Retreat Hotel & Convention Centre, Mumbai and The Carlton,
Kodaikanal to Corporate Accounts, MICE and Group Segments.

- Achieve budgeted revenues and self/team sales goals

- Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase
average rates and food, beverage and banquet sales

- Ensure sales team is responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining existing
accounts

- Maintain relationships with key clients in order to produce business.

- Co-ordinate with other hotel-level departments to facilitate services agreed upon with clients

Age: 27 to 40 years old.
