French/German/Japanese Language Trainer

Job description

KLH University invites applications for experienced Foreign Language Trainers in French, German, and Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in French/German/Japanese.
• Evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning resources.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Organize cultural events and activities to enhance students' understanding of the language and its cultural context.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in French/German/Japanese or related field.
• Native or near-native proficiency in the language.
• Prior teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Familiarity with technology and digital tools for language instruction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in language teaching (e.g., DELF/DALF for French, Goethe-Zertifikat for German, JLPT for Japanese).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
