Admission Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents and address queries of prospective and existing parents.
• Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversation of leads.
• Providing in-depth information to prospective parents this includes counselling through phone calls, email,chat,social media and face to face.
• Maintain effective communication till the time student is on boarded.
• Responsible for adherence of the inside admission process tools and data management.

Candidate Profile: -

Experience: Proven 2+ Years experience in counselling parents.

• Experience in School admissions may be preferred.
• Familiarity with school programs, admissions requirements and processes.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and people reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
