Position: International / Export Sales Manager

Base Location: Delhi, India

Report to: Co-Founder/Director

Team size: 1-10

About Company: UBON, today, is a leading brand in the CONSUMER ELECTRONICS (Mobile Accessories and Speakers) category with a PAN India presence. We have over 300 distributors in about 3000+ cities. Connected to over 10 million people with a very strong presence offline as well as online business platforms.

Responsibilities: -

  • Develop Export Sales Strategy: Create and implement an international sales strategy to increase revenue from export markets, thereby increasing sales revenue to next level.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new potential international markets and opportunities for growth in sub-continents.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and other key partners.
  • Manage International Sales Channels: Identify and develop export channels including distributors, agents, or direct clients.
  • Int. Sales Forecasting: Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and budgets for export markets to ensure target achievements.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with international clients and partners, ensuring contracts are signed and compliance is met.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Coordinate with Logistics: Work with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth export processes, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, and on-time deliveries.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with export regulations and documentation requirements (export licenses, customs paperwork, etc.).Use Global market intelligence to research the country or region and develop strategies
  • Liaise with the R&D team from time to time for new product as per each sub-continent requirement.
  • Prepare quarterly/annual sales reports with forecasting of next year sales.

Export Manager Sales Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in international sales or marketing capacity in FMCG/Mobile accessories/Speakers and company of repute. Overall experience + 12 years
  • Willing for extensive traveling as required for business meeting or growth.
  • A good knowledge base of the countries/regiones, and a willingness to learn.
  • Good people-management skills.
  • Adaptability to different cultures of the world regions norms.ole & responsibilities
