Job Description
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff or clients.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring they reach the correct recipients.
- Provide basic administrative support (e.g., data entry, filing, faxing).
- Maintain and update office records, including client or visitor logs.
- Ensure security procedures are followed (e.g., check-in for visitors, issue visitor badges).
- Assist with booking travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, if required.
- Provide general support for other office staff as needed
