Operations Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment and services.
  
• Provide technical support to resolve issues related to facility management, including breakdowns and maintenance requests.
  
• Coordinate with clients on quotations, query resolution, and customer relationship management.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by seniors while maintaining high levels of quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence through effective communication and coordination.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years' experience in Facility Management Services (FMS) or similar industry.
  
• Strong understanding of client coordination, customer management, and query resolution processes.
  
• Proficiency in generating quotations for various services offered by the company.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
