Assessment and Diagnosis: Counselling psychologists assess clients' mental health concerns, emotional issues, and life challenges through interviews, standardized assessments, and psychological tests. They gather information about clients' backgrounds, experiences, and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Psychotherapy and Counselling: They provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients explore and address their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
