Job Description

- 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth.
- Proven track record incubating products from concept to launch with measurable financial impact.
- Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in rapid testing, customer delight, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or Computer Science background a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Promote co-creation and encourages others to participate; works smoothly across all levels and departments.
- Manages time and meetings effectively, properly leveraging managers time.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Proactively shares appropriate level of information across teams.
