Jupitice Justice is seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead with expertise in JavaScript, MySQL, Node.js, and Microservices to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge legal tech solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, oversee system architecture, and ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development of web-based applications.

- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance microservices-based solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Optimize and manage MySQL databases for efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, Node.js, and Express.js.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL, including query optimization and database design.

- Expertise in Microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.

- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or other messaging systems.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.js or Angular.js is a plus.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
