Industry Preferred: Bathware, Sanitaryware, Faucets

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in the bathware, sanitaryware, or faucet industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving the company's sales targets in their assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose strategic initiatives.

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Provide feedback to the management on sales activities and market dynamics.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the bathware, sanitaryware, or faucet industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Notice Period: 15 days to 1 month.
