- The idea candidate will be responsible for maintaining high level of discipline in the branch.
- To assume complete responsibility of the branch and generate business through own efforts.
- He will be responsible for timely recruitment of manpower and documentation as per laid down policies and procedures.
- He will also be responsible for periodical revision of rates as per Minimum Wages Act.
- To handle emergency situation and report promptly on incidents.
- To maintain good rapport with the clients and resolve the grievances of security personnel, operations staff and branch staff.
