Tech in Electronics/ Nanoelectronics/Material Science and Engineering with CGPA 8. 0. (or) M. Sc. in Electronics/Materials Science/ Nanotechnology with CGPA 8. 0 having NET, CSIR or any government agency-approved qualifying exam (or) Candidates with NET/GATE qualifications.
