Junior Manager (Sales/ Marketing)

The selected incumbents would be part of the sales team and is expected to aggressively penetrate the market in their respective zones. They would be responsible for developing the entire trade channel, implement promotional plans and achieve key targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Position requires regular travelling and two wheeler with driving license is must.
• Responsible for Business Development & Distribution Management in overall segment.
• Identifying new clients, handling presentations, product demos and interacting with all key people to convince them and close the case for securing profitable business.
• Responsible for sales indenting & daily targets, along with penetrating products through continuous addition of retailers and identification of potential distributors in untapped areas.
• Analysis of the market through extensive consumer immersions and field research.
• Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years experience in Sales & Marketing
• Candidate should possess good intra personal skills to develop market & branding.
• Should be proficient in concept selling.
• Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• New customer identification.
• Develop new business Opportunity in relevant market.
• Mapping the competition.
• To benchmark cost saving practices across industry
