Junior Manager- Pickling

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the entire production team, including engineers, maintenance workers, and general machine operators of the Pickling plant.
• Manage P & C department day-to-day activities to meet set targets.
• Planning and monitoring manpower to be utilized effectively.
• Ensure a safe work environment through the implementation safety awareness program.
• Plan and execute the Preventive maintenance along with machine/line breakdown.
• Troubleshoot processes to reduce the rate of error, breakages, and sub-standard production.
• Design and implement machinery upgrades, overhauls, and replacements.
• Evaluate breakdown and malfunction to identify causes and implement prevention measures for the future
• Encourage & implementation of improvement/KAIZEN.
• Participated in team meetings daily and given training about each machine's operation, maintenance, and technical details.
• Installation of new machinery and replacement of equipment.
