Junior Engineer(Contract)

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience in Operation and Maintenance of 66/33/11 kV substation and its associated equipment like Power Transformer, Current Transformer (CT), Potential Transformer (PT), Isolator, Circuit Breaker (CB), battery and battery charger and capacitor bank etc.
• To carry out Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance Work of Electrical System and Network.
• Experience of Control Room Operations.
• Knowledge of SCADA Operations.
• Record Keeping of Hourly readings at the control room, Monitoring and reporting of any abnormality.
• Making all necessary arrangement to carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance work.
• Co-ordination with various Vendors of PTC for their timely service.
• Documentation like Hindrance register, Material Issue Register, Preparation of Job Card for each O&M Works etc
• Inventory Management of spares
• Should have worked independently in any organization having H.T. network and control room.

Preferred candidate profile

BE(Electrical) with 2 years of experience in O&M or Diploma(Electrical) with 4 years of experience in O&M.
