Job Description: We are seeking a creative and dedicated Junior Art Designer to join our vibrant creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of various design elements, making necessary layout changes, and supporting the overall design process. This role requires a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Assist in developing and producing high-quality designs for a range of projects, including digital and print media.
• Layout Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments and modifications to existing layouts to ensure they align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers and other team members to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand s visual identity and guidelines.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• File Management: Maintain organized files and project assets for easy access and retrieval.
• Support: Assist the creative team with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles and layout techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of web design and familiarity with digital content creation.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Basic understanding of print production processes.
