Junior Architect

• Assist in developing conceptual designs, plans, and detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and analyses to gather data for design and construction processes.
• Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist in creating and reviewing technical documentation, including specifications and construction drawings.
• Support sustainability efforts by incorporating eco-friendly solutions into designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in architecture or design (internship experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
