JR. Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Raise invoices, process salaries, and record expenses.
• Bank updates, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Create PO, GRN, and manage stock entries in ERP.
• Handle petty cash, credit/debit notes, and vendor payments.
• Record TDS, RCM, and investment transactions.
• Follow up on payments and rental agreements.

Compliance & Reporting

• Calculate & file TDS, GST, and tax returns on time.
• Reconcile accounts, track outstanding payments, and share reports.
• Conduct stock audits and update ERP data.

Banking & Coordination

• Process salary, vendor, and tax payments.
• Manage banking documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with teams for ERP issues and daily operations.
