• Develop and implement efficient processes for headcount (HC) and cost approvals
• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and budgetary controls
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to address bottlenecks and improve turnaround time
• Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard the right vendors to meet manpower needs
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and quality services
• Establish strong partnerships with vendors and conduct periodic performance reviews

Standardizing Employee Lifecycle Processes

• Design and implement consistent processes for sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and exits for off-roll employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Develop comprehensive SOPs for all stages of the employee lifecycle

Digital Transformation

• Collaborate with HR Tech/ IT teams to digitalize manpower management processes
• Drive automation and data centralization for improved accuracy and reporting
• Ensure end-user training and adoption of new systems

Vendor Audits and Compliance

• Plan and execute regular vendor audits to ensure adherence to contracts, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve audit findings effectively
• Maintain an audit trail and ensure continuous improvement in vendor processes

Pan-India Process Scaling

• Develop and implement scalable manpower management frameworks for expansion across regions
• Align regional processes with central policies to ensure consistency
• Anticipate and address challenges in diverse geographical and regulatory contexts
