Job Description
- Audit Related Activities in Export sales accounting (Statutory & Internal):
- Perform audit-related tasks as per the requirements of auditors.
- Coordination with Subsidiaries:
- Maintain advance received and balance funds available in items.
- Manage funds accordingly and assign them in LN.
- Provide balance confirmations.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports:
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports.
- Generate Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Create Bill Discounting Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Compile recasting reports.
- Produce commission reports.
- Developing Sessions in LN and Maintenance:
- Automate DBK Receivable entry processes.
- Automate commission provision/payment processes in agent codes and recasting entries in LN.
- Discounting Interest and Funds Transfer Entries in LN:
- Update LN after discounting bills.
- Follow up with bankers for any missing debited or credited advice.
- Arrange funds in the bank for discounting charges.
- Forex Re-Casting Monthly:
- Finalize the closing balance of debtors and other advances.
- Process entries in LN.
- Write off currency differences by the 1st day of every month.
- Monthly BRS:
- Prepare and sign off on BRS for FCA Accounts
- Other Accounting Related Activities:
- Handle journal entries, customer ledgers, and balance confirmations.
- Payment & Discounting Entries:
- Update daily collection entries in LN.
- Assign advance payments in LN.
- Record bank charges in LN.
- Process commission payments and check related documents.
