Summary of Job

OHC Job Summary -

Overall in charge of Occupational Health Centre

Provide treatment to cases of illness / injuries

Refer for hospitalization, when require

Communicate with the treating doctors in advance, regarding the type of treatment to be provided when patient is sent for further treatment

Keep required medicines and anti-dotes readily available

Management of first aid boxes

Plan & carry out regular health check-up of all the workers and maintain records as per GFR

Suggest further tests/ treatments, where necessary

Review of health records to identify existing / potential occupational diseases in the company & suggest preventive measures / tests

Review of chemicals being used in the company & suggest occupational hygiene measures to prevent occupational diseases

CSR Job Summary -

Develop JBF Medical Centre as an excellent basic health care service provider for the rural community at affordable price and generate goodwill for the Hospital as well as for the Foundation and the company in and round Vilayat Bharuch.

Day to day Operations of JBF Medical Centre

Conducting OPD at the JBF Medical Centre

Organizing Rural health care and awareness camps in and around Vilayat as and when required

Managing Staffs of JBF Medical Centre

Supporting OHC of the factory as and when required in case of emergency

Develop Linkages with the hospitals of nearby cities for referral of patient in need

Developing trust among the local community on behalf of the JBF

Develop linkages with the Govt. officials for exploring aided health projects like RNTCP

Develop linkages with the nearby industries for getting business for JBF Medical Centre

Working towards developing JBF Medical Centre for planning and managing expenses for CSR activities.

Knowledge of handling Hospital dispensary, Strong project management skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies, stakeholders and partners

Writing skills, Financial management skills

The ability to work with multiple teams with clear strategies and organized

Ability to grasp and communicate complex social issues effectively to various audiences

Ability to juggle different tasks simultaneously, Enthusiastically and perseverance!
