The Position

Designation - IT Business Analyst/ PMO Manager Digital Business Process Automation
Location- Noida/WFO
Job Summary: - Plays a crucial role in helping businesses make decision with all IT Internal and External key stake holders to identify and prioritise the technical and functional requirements, articulate ideas clearly but also balance them against what s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable. Work with the domain teams to help them improve products, hardware, tools, software, services or process based on data analysis insights. Candidate should have good experience in tools like Excel, Power Point, Process Automation Tools like RPA, Bots, mobile apps, etc
Key Responsibilities.

Partner with Chief Digital Officer to define & maintain Digital & IT Processes and build process automation
Measure, Analyse and share insights from process performance with business and function teams
Identify Opportunities for process improvement from the perspective of cost, performance, time, efficiency, waste reduction working closely with the business & functional teams.
Partner with CDIO to define & maintain DIT Strategy for the function working with various DIT & Business leaders.
Analyse the Business & Function process performance across locations and plants.
Analyse the Partner performances, working with domain teams
Identification of best practices and institutionalise the same across organization.
Create and publish Weekly, Monthly DIT reports to various businesses, functions & Management .
Project Manage strategic projects for DIT, like, Bots (RPA), Analytics, Mobility, etc.
Person Profile .
Qualification - BCA/B.Tech/MBA.
Experience - 10+ Yrs.
Desired Skills & Must Have -

Minimum 10+years of total experience, including 5+ years in working as Business Analyst and Digital Process Automation Leader with CIOs/ CTOs/CEOs preferably in Pharma domain.
Expertise in Excel, Power point, Power BI, MS Projects, etc.
Experience in managing internal projects, like Bots, Data prediction, etc. Exposure in managing senior level stakeholders
Must have prior exposure with Visualization Power Bi, Project Management wrt Bots/ RPASix Sigma Green\\Black Belt, Design Thinking, PMP, etc
