Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, discount schedules, and quote templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CPQ with other systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce CPQ functionality and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development using tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Assist in Salesforce administration tasks, including managing security settings, user roles, and profiles.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including pricing rules, discount schedules, and quote templates.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud (preferred).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features and their application to CPQ processes.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
