We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co in Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a US HR Associate for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a graduate with good Communication skills and skilled in US HR Process, Contracts Review and Management, H1B Visa processing, Back Office Support, HR Documentation, HR Process and Recruitment and Onboarding Support.


JTSi Technologies India Private Limited is a US based IT Co, with 20+ years into business. Our global offices are in Washington DC & New Jersey USA, and our Indian HQ is in Bangalore.


Details are as follows:


Designation : US HR Associate

Qualification : Graduation + MBA HR/MHRM/PGDHRM

Experience : Minimum 2 Year to 5 Years in US HR and Contracts.

Skillsets : US HR Process, Contracts Management, H !B Visa documentation, Back Office Documentations.

Job Shift Time : 06.30 PM - 03.30 AM IST (Monday to Friday).

Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi/ Work From Home


Duties & Responsibilities


Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, including employment agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.

Ensuring all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborating with internal management for contract negotiations and approvals.

Overseeing contract activities, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Maintaining and updating contract repositories and documentation systems.

Facilitating communication between relevant stakeholders in contract execution and performance.

Managing H-1B visa and other work authorization processes, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.

Coordinating with employees, legal counsel, and external immigration attorneys for H-1B visa petitions, extensions, amendments, and RFEs (Requests for Evidence).

Collecting and reviewing required documentation for visa applications, PERM labor certifications, and other employment-based immigration processes.

Tracking visa expiration dates, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring timely filings.

Assisting with immigration audits, compliance reporting, and maintaining public access files.

Ensuring timely communication with employees, stakeholders, and external partners to address concerns and provide updates on contracts, immigration, and HR-related matters.

Proactively identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to prevent delays in processes.

Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports & SOPs.

Ensuring confidentiality and data security in all HR, immigration, and contract-related activities.

Assisting with compliance audits and regulatory filings, including immigration and employment-related requirements.

Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintaining employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

Assisting employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.

Liaising with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate administration of benefits.

Supporting and assisting other teams as needed.

Formatting resumes for the onshore team as per request.

Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle process, from the initial onboarding of a new hire to their final departure, including all necessary paperwork, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth transition both when joining and leaving the company.

Form I-9: To ensure all new hires complete the form accurately, verifying their identity and employment authorization by reviewing their documents, and properly storing the completed forms to maintain compliance with immigration laws; this includes providing employees with the form, guiding them through the process, and checking the authenticity of their presented documents.
