Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the complete project lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery.

- Build scalable apps using frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.

- Implement business logic automation with Drools.

- Integrate back-end services with TypeScript and Angular on the front-end.

- Develop robust applications with Java 8+, J2EE, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Work cross-functionally with QA, PMs, and analysts for aligned, timely delivery.

- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, optimizing front-end and back-end.

- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of Java development experience.

- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Drools.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, and back-end integration.

- Strong background in Java 8+, J2EE, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with AWS/Azure, version control (Git), CI/CD, and Jenkins.

- Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban).

- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
