Digital Marketing Specialist| Job Description
About the role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital
marketing campaigns to drive proficient and effective results, with a focus on maximizing
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The role includes managing SEO and SEM strategies, analyzing
campaign performance using Google Analytics, and implementing data-driven insights to
improve campaign performance.
Digital Advertising Management:
● Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g.,
Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to achieve targeted ROAS.
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize
ROI.
● Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign
performance.
● Manage digital marketing budgets eectively to achieve targeted ROAS and KPIs.
SEO & SEM Strategy and Implementation:
● Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive
trac.
● Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization to enhance
SEO performance.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings and organic
trac.
● Manage SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid
management.
● Optimize SEM campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SEM to drive continuous
improvement.
Google & Website Analytics Analysis:
● Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website trac, user behaviour, and
campaign performance.
● Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and campaign optimization.
● Collaborate with the design, events and L&O teams to optimize landing pages and
website elements for conversion.
Skills and Abilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist should have the following skills and abilities:
● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO,
SEM, and Google Analytics.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
● Ability to collaboratively create and curate engaging content for social media channels.
● Analytical skills to measure social media performance and adjust strategies
accordingly.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to coordinate with
potential agencies.
Required Qualifications
● A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
● 4-9 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field
● Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization, candidate from Marketing agency would be preferred
● Strong project management skills
