Customer Service Technical Support

Role: CSTF (Customer Support Technical Force) - Associate.

Qualification: Diploma-Civil / B.Tech (Civil) - Regular

Locations: Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar.

Competency:

• Fluency in  local language. English & Hindi (optional)
• Computer Skills - MS-Office, MS- Excel will be preferred
• Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal skills
• Should possess 2 wheeler with valid Driving License.

Job Description:

To work with Channel Partners (Dealers/Retailers) of the assigned area to improve the sales by enabling following activities

1. Site Visits and Lead Generation & tracking through SFDC/PJP compliance
2. Attending Slab Casting & ILP Program
3. Registration  & Validation of new / inactive DMI in priority counters
4. Activation of  exsisting & new DMI in priority counters

Experience: Preferably 6 month to 1 year experience.  Freshers also can be considered

Selection Mode:

1. Online Technical Assessment Test

2. Two rounds of virtual Interview (Function & HR)

Age: Between 18 - 25 years

Reporting  To: Area Sales Manager
