Environment Officer - Cement Plant

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct environmental assessments and provide training to subordinates and other team members.

2. Develop, implement, and monitor waste management plans.

3. Conduct Environment & Safety awareness training.

4. Develop procedures for safe handling and storage of hazardous waste.

5. Ensure statutory and legal compliance, monitoring, and enforcement.

6. Knowledge of state pollution board guidelines and Notifications.

7. Monitor the smooth functioning of STP/ETP and other environmental-related work.

8. Monitoring of Stack Emission, Fugitive Emission as per the air act.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Environmental Science

Experience: 5+ years of experience in cement industry

Candidates must willing to relocate to anywhere in India.

Location - Ballari, Dolvi, Rajgangpur and Salboni.
