Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our e-waste management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping related to e-waste collection and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for process alignment.
• Handle inventory tracking and report generation for e-waste materials.
• Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and compliance-related paperwork.
• Maintain and update company databases with accurate information.
• Support the customer service team with backend tasks and email correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to e-waste management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (experience in waste management or logistics is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
