Inside Sales Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive sales growth.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of our telecom services.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, or other outbound sales methods.
  
• Strong understanding of telecom networking concepts such as VoIP technology, SIP protocols, etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels; fluency in English language required.
