Job Responsibilities

• Serves customers by helping them to select FD and RD products.
• To set sales goals
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Monitor Branch sales and generate leads                                                                            
• Achieves individual target and motivates the team to achieve the team targets      
• Responds to customers questions.
• Directs customers to choose Right FD and RD scheme.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Recruit and train the team members
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of new schemes based on their potential interest.
