Engineer/Executive - Purchase & Procurement

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or similar roles, ideally in the valve industry.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management abilities.
• Proficient in record-keeping, documentation, and traceability.
• Familiar with financial and legal trade requirements, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Negotiate purchases with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers offering high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Acquire technical products and services as needed.
• Maintain procurement records to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Preferences

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering.
• Residing in or around Vasai.
