Role & responsibilities

• Proficient in English
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  Must be reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills.
• Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Serves visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor and client arrival.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area, and ensure that all visitors are comfortable and provided with the necessary information
  Provide excellent customer service.
