Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- WEDM Operation-Job setting-reference, Wire Settings,
- Work Offset
- Manual Programming & Editing
- In process inspection of jobs
- Final Inspection of Finished job against 2D Drawing
- Complete process follow up to Meet Targets
- Machine Maintenance on daily basis & Attending basic Breakdown & Repair.
Requirements:
Qualification :
- Diploma in Mechanical or Diploma in Tool & Die Making (preferably from institutes such as CIPET / GTTC / NTTF)
Skills :
- Sound Skill in job setting (Dialling, reference setting, Wire setting, Wire Vertical Setting)
- Good knowledge in WEDM Parameters
Good skill in using measuring instruments
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
